How to cancel a Zune Pass Subscription:
If you purchased your Zune Pass subscription by using a credit card, you can cancel it online by following these steps:
1) Go to Zune.net and Log-in to your Zune account
2) On the Zune tag menu, click MY ACCOUNT
3) In the “Zune Pass and Microsoft Points section” of the page, click “Zune Pass”
4) Click “Cancel subscription”, and then click “Next” to continue the cancellation process.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. This cancellation will appear in your account summary the day after the current subscription period ends.
If you purchased your Zune Pass subscription by using a prepaid card, the Zune Pass will expire naturally at the end of the subscription period unless you renew the subscription by using a new prepaid card or a credit card.
If you want to cancel a Zune Pass subscription that was purchased by using a prepaid card, contact Zune Support.
