How To Cancel Net Nanny License / Subscription:
1) Log into your account
2) Click on the “My Account” Link toward the top of the page. *Note Don’t select anything from the drop down box – click the words “My account”.
3) You will be taken to the view your “Subscription Products” page and here if there isn’t a cancel button (I didn’t have one) then turn OFF “No Hassle Billing”, which means they won’t automatically charge your card and your products will expire.
4) Log out and move on because you’re subscription will expire and will not automatically renew – ie you’ve canceled your license.
