How to cancel IDFreeze Individual Plan and Family Plan:
1) Visit https://www.myfico.com/help/contactus.aspx
2) In the “What is the topic of your question or request?” section choose “
3) In the “Which myFICO product does your question apply to?” find your product and select it
4) Click “next”
5) You will be taken to a form to fill out which requires your personal information, once completed click “Send My Question”
6) With in 72 hours you should receive a confirmation email – usually sooner depending on the day you submit.
